Warn Tips:

Insert a TF card (not included) into the TF card slot If you need to record video, Please reset the surveillance camera before connecting the camera.

The TF card slot and reset button are located on the back of the surveillance camera, please use a screwdriver (included) to open the cover to insert the TF card or reset the camera.

1.How to connect Conico Security Camera to Alexa?

Step1: Enter the “setting” –“Echo Show” .

Step2: Turn on the “Enable Camera Stream” and follow the steps to connect to Alexa.

2.How to set up the camera to record videos?

After inserting the micro SD card, please tap the camera you would like to record videos, Settings and Record(Record-01 & Record-02 & Record-O3).

1)Please save your fle in other device before inserting the micro SD card in the camera. The micro SD card will be formatted automatically once you insert in the camera.

3.If you can’t connect the camera with your home Wi-Fi successfully, please confirm the following things.

1)Please confrm if your home Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz

2)Please connect the phone with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network before setting up the camera.

3)If your home Wi-Fi is dual-band,please turn off 5GHz, and turn on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
