Make sure each of your light bulbs are within 40 feet of another Cync smart device if you have more than one device. This will help keep your Smart Lights connected. • To control your Bluetooth only lights with a voice assistant like Google Home or Amazon Alexa, you will need at least one Wi-Fi enabled smart device in your app home, such as an Indoor Smart Plug, Direct Connect Smart Light, or Wired Smart Switch. • Direct Connect lights are Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. This means they can be linked to your voice assistant without an additional Wi-Fi enabled device. • If you have Direct Connect Smart Lights, make sure at least one of your lights is no more than 40 feet from your Wi-Fi router. • If this isn’t your first time attempting set up, you may need to factory reset your device.
