NBA 2K23 release date has been confirmed and pre orders go live on Thursday, July 7th, 2022 – that is just hours away!
So far we have been shown two separate NBA 2K23 Editions available – the NBA 2K23 Michael Jordan Edition & NBA 2K23 Championship Edition.
We expect to see a Standard Edition for NBA 2K23 announced tomorrow.
NBA 2K23 pre order bonus & editions
For those unaware, everyone who pre orders one of the NBA 2K23 special Edicions (Michael Jordan / Championship) is likely to receive bonuses.
Last year we saw early backers who bought the premium NBA 2K22 75th anniversary edition receive a long list of additional in-game currency cosmetics, and cards.
The pre order bonuses look set to be fairly similar this time around, only with a greater focus on Michael Jordan.

NBA 2K23 pre order price predictions
When pre orders go live we will finally find out the price of NBA 2K23s different editions.
We predict the base price of the NBA 2K23 standard edition should be close to $50-$60.
The NBA 2K23 Michael Jordan Edition we predict may cost around $70-$80.
The NBA 2K23 Championship Edition, if it’s the premium option, could cost anywhere between $80-$100.
How to pre order NBA 2K23
As soon as pre orders for NBA 2K23 pre orders go live on the 7th of July, you are going to be able to purchase it from any major retailer, or your platform’s online shop.
Will there be a last gen version of NBA 2K23?
Yes – NBA 2K23 will be on last gen consoles – PS4 and Xbox, the official trailer confirmed.
