Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has a lot of content. There’s the standard campaign, which you can replay multiple different times in order to beat on every difficulty, your usual trophies than the multiplayer in which you work your way up through a set of rewards. As with many games, there’s a battle pass incoming, along with the Tier 1 Playlist. But will this include an MW2 Hardcore playlist?

MW2 Hardcore – Where Is The Playlist?

So if it’s not already abundantly clear to you, there isn’t currently an MW2 hardcore option. The hardcore playlist is a beloved fan favorite due to how incredibly difficult it is at all times. The mode changes various maps and stats, causing things such as:

Less operator health
Limited HUD elements
Friendly fire is switched on

It means that you have to be extremely precise in order to actually succeed with your fellow teammates, and makes the entire experience much tenser. Now, the MW2 hardcore playlist isn’t actually called that anymore, and it certainly isn’t out yet. They’ve been retitled as the Tier 1 playlists, and won’t launch until the first season of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 starts on November 16th, 2022.

Does The Battle Pass Launch The Same Day As Season 1?

Yes, the battle pass will be launching alongside the tier 1 playlists, in addition to releasing alongside season 1 of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

This also happens to coincide with the release of Call Of Duty Warzone 2.0, which makes sense, given how elements of the game will be cross-transferrable across each battle pass and will appear in both games at the same time.
