When will Dell XPS 15 Black Friday deals be available?
Many retailers have already started their Black Friday sales even though Black Friday itself is still a few days away. It’s worth remembering though that November 25th will probably bring with it the most exceptional deals of the sales period.
Shortly after Black Friday we will again get Cyber Monday, this year on November 28th. This means deals should stay strong right through the weekend and possibly for a few days beyond.
Why buy the Dell XPS 15 this Black Friday?
The best deals are likely to come directly from Dell itself. Last year, the PC giant dropped $300 off the XPS 15, bringing the asking price to just north of $1000. We expect similar price cuts this year.
Another way to grab a great deal is to look out for older Dell XPS 15 models, notably the 2019 version in various specifications. Compared to the latest models, these ever-so-slightly lower-specced machines benefit from heavier discounts with very little in terms of performance loss.
To give a sense of the savings available on older models, Dell offered the full-fat 2020 XPS 15 alongside a meager $70 off last year. Not much to write home about when dealing with sums north of $1500, especially compared to hundreds of dollars shaved off the 2019 models.
Expect to pay more if the 4K OLED version takes your fancy, but once again, we could see significant savings here, too. For example, the 2019 version of the 4K OLED XPS 15 was available directly on Dell’s website for $300.
