If the Corsair K70 keyboard is just your type, then you’re probably looking for the best Black Friday deal on one. You’ve come to the right place.
The Corsair K70 keyboards are some of the manufacturer’s most popular models – and with good reason. Despite their higher price point, they’re often of excellent build quality. Their design manages to toe the line between sleek with the blacks and the classic gamer staple with just the right amount of RGB lighting too.
Under the hood, models feature optional Doubleshot PBT keycaps with Cherry MX-type stabilizers, but you can also opt for the Low Profile options in Speed and Red too. The durable aluminum frame – plus dedicated volume and media controls – make the keyboard a good all-rounder.

The biggest discounts are most likely to be found on the big names like Amazon and Best Buy. But don’t neglect the specialist retailers like Overclockers and Scan. As one of the biggest names in PC peripherals, they’re found almost everywhere.
When will Corsair K70 Black Friday sales start in 2022?
Black Friday this year falls on Friday, 25th November 2022. If you’ve not been aware until now – that’s the first Friday after the US celebrates Thanksgiving.
A few days later – on November 28 – is Cyber Monday, and we expect most discounts to carry over that week, with perhaps some additional price slashing on Cyber Monday itself.

Features to consider when looking for a Black Friday Corsair K70 deal
Form Factor
The K70 keyboards come in several ‘flavors’ if you will. There are subtle differences between them, of course, depending on what you’re after. For example, the K70 Pro Mini Wireless is – as the name suggests – smaller than a full-sized keyboard, eschewing the number pad and media buttons. It’s great if you’ll be moving around a lot.
Then there’s the K70 RGB MK.2 that comes with Cherry MX switches, in either red or blue. This one is wired, so it’s not quite as portable – but does have a number pad, media buttons, and a handy volume wheel.
Finally, the K70 Pro RGB is designed for those who take their eSports seriously. It’s got a durable aluminum frame, 8x faster processing, and PBY Double-Shot keycaps.
iCue
As with many other Corsair products – the K70 can make use of the company’s bespoke iCue software. This lets you assign profiles to the keyboard, change up the lighting scheme, set macros, and much, much more.
Customization

Is the Corsair K70 good for gaming?
We think so. While the K70 RGB Pro was pretty good – and includes a tournament mode switch to help you focus on the game – the K70 Pro Wireless Mini really impressed us the most. That’s in part thanks to its build quality, but also a very impressive showing for the keyboard’s own bespoke Corsair Slipstream wireless protocol.
We also thought the Corsair K70 Mini was an especially good keyboard for first-person shooter fans – though MMO players may want to try something bigger.
Can you change the keycaps on a Corsair K70?
Yes, and in fact, all models of the keyboard come with a handy Keycap Puller in the box to help make removing them a doddle.
